Overview
The STI5300C is an intelligent test system for power discrete devices. The STI5300C series from STI of the USA is an advanced tester with a wide test range, covering almost all diodes, LEDs, transistors and power devices.
STI specialises in test instruments for diodes, IGBTs, MOSFETs and opto-couplers, and offers test solutions at 2000 V and 3600 V high voltage and 1200 A high current.
The STI5300C connects to a PC by USB or RS-232 and is operated from a straightforward interface. Test data can be saved in Excel format.
