Overview

The ST5300HX series is an intelligent test system for power discrete devices. STI of the USA specialises in test instruments for diodes, IGBTs, MOSFETs, opto-couplers and other discrete devices, with solutions up to 2000 V and 1200 A.

The ST5300HX is straightforward to use: connect it to a PC by USB or RS-232 and run the tests from the operator interface. Test data can be saved in Excel format.

It is applied at FT, CP and FA stages in power device companies.
