Thermal Analysis and Imaging
Handheld and online in one camera, built for long term sampling in R&D.
Overview
R&D measurement scenarios are complex and changeable. There are one-off inspection tasks and there is a great deal of continuous sampling work such as trend analysis, reliability verification and destructive testing, and continuous sampling often holds the more valuable data. That leaves engineers with a dilemma: a handheld camera cannot handle continuous sampling, while an online camera is not flexible enough. The FOTRIC 220s series is both a handheld and an online thermal camera, and is equally suited to long term data sampling.
Full radiometric video: a phone can record a 1000 frame full radiometric thermal video directly, capturing the temperature change process in real time. The sampling rate is user defined, up to 5 frames per second, and data can be collected automatically without a PC.
Automatic photo naming: scan with the phone and photos are named automatically, which removes the slow and error prone manual entry step.
Uninterrupted recording: data collected in long term online mode is very large. The FOTRIC 220s software supports a single full radiometric thermal video of up to 1 TB, so the complete data of an experiment is preserved.
