Capabilities

In-house, under one roof

PEIHUA operates a single integrated facility in Jinli Town, Zhaoqing. Material selection, CNC machining, polishing, assembly, inspection and packing all happen on the same site.

Material

SS304 / SS316 stainless steel bar stock from audited mills, plus brass and zinc for selected product lines. Every batch arrives with a mill certificate.

Machining

Multi-axis CNC turning and milling for tight-tolerance components. Matched-tolerance sub-assemblies so the installer never has to file a part on site.

Finishing

Hand and vibratory polishing to satin (SSS), polished (PSS) and matte black (BLK). PVD brass, brushed bronze and custom RAL powder coat on OEM runs.

Assembly

Pairs of hinges, clamps and patch fittings are assembled and checked against a golden sample so every production run installs the same way.

Inspection

100% piece-by-piece check on critical dimensions. Batch salt-spray (96 h) and cycle (50,000 openings) testing on selected lines.

Packing & logistics

Individual boxes, master cartons, retail-ready packaging. FCA, FOB, CIF and DDP terms to 30+ countries. Standard lead time 20–30 days.

Quality control

Five checks before anything leaves the dock

Every production batch passes the same five-stage inspection. The result is documented and stays with the shipment.

Incoming material

Mill certificate review and dimensional spot-check on every bar-stock delivery.

In-process

Operator self-check every 50 pieces, with a quality engineer spot-check every shift.

03

Final inspection

100% piece-by-piece visual and dimensional check against the engineering drawing.

Batch test

Salt-spray and cycle testing on selected batches per documented limit.

05

Pre-shipment

Quantity, marking and packaging audit before container loading.

Logistics terms

We ship under FCA, FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Our export team prepares commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and any documentation required for your customs broker.

Standard lead time 20–30 days from PO. Stock items may ship in 7–10 days. Custom finishes add 5–7 days.
