Our story

From a workshop in Jinli Town to a global OEM partner.

PEIHUA Hardware Factory, operating as Zhaoqing Kemingda Hardware Co., Ltd, has manufactured window and glass door hardware from Jinli Town, Zhaoqing since 2009. We supply OEMs, distributors and project contractors across hospitality, residential and commercial construction, with matched hardware kits that arrive ready to install.

Our 60-person team runs CNC machining, polishing, assembly and 100% piece-by-piece inspection under one roof. Every fitting leaves the line at the same standard — that's the only way we know how to ship.

How we work

Six controlled steps. One consistent standard.

Every PEIHUA part follows the same path, from raw material to retail-ready box.

Material Selection

SS304, SS316, brass and zinc bar stock sourced from audited mills with batch traceability.

CNC Machining

Multi-axis turning and milling for tight-tolerance parts with consistent surface finish.

Polishing

Hand and vibratory finishing to satin (SSS), polished (PSS), matte black (BLK) and custom.

Assembly

Sub-assemblies built to matched-tolerance pairs so the installer never has to file a part on site.

Inspection

100% piece-by-piece check plus batch salt-spray and load testing to documented limits.

Pack & Ship

Individual boxes, master cartons and retail-ready options with your brand artwork.

Tested to the standards our customers spec to.

Our factory operates under a documented ISO 9001 quality management system, with batch-traceable raw material certificates and a 100% piece-by-piece inspection protocol. Selected production batches are independently tested for salt spray (96 hours), cycle life (50,000 openings) and load capacity.

What you receive

Every shipment includes a packing list, a quality inspection report and (on request) a material certificate. OEM shipments include your bar code, your packaging artwork and your part numbers.

Our team includes machinists, polishers, assembly technicians, quality engineers and export sales. We work in two shifts so the lead time clock starts the day you place the order.

Sales & Engineering

Bilingual sales and application engineers respond to enquiries within 24 hours. We size matched hardware kits, advise on glass thickness and finish, and turn around quotes on the same day for stock items.

Production

CNC operators, polishers, assemblers and packers work in continuous two-shift rotation. Each shift handover includes a quality and output report, so any deviation is caught at the source, not at the dock.

Quality

Two quality engineers oversee incoming material, in-process inspection and final piece-by-piece check. Every batch is dimensionally compared to a golden sample and the result is logged.

Logistics

We pack and ship to FCA, FOB, CIF and DDP terms. Standard lead time is 20–30 days for production orders, 7–10 days for in-stock items. We work with the freight forwarder of your choice or recommend one for your route.
